How to connect your camcorder to the helmet
camera kit
Once you have followed the instructions
supplied with your helmet camera kit and connected it to
your handy cam, turn on your camcorder and select the ‘play/edit'
mode on the camcorder.
You should now be able to see the image
from your helmet camera on the LCD screen of the camcorder.
Now press the ‘P-Menu' button
Next select the ‘REC CTRL' button
Start recording onto the camcorder from
the helmet camera.
Simply press ‘REC START'
You can purchase a LANC button from us
which will save you having to do this procedure every time.
The LANC will start/stop your HC30/HC40/HC32/HC42 camcorder
in ‘play/edit' mode and you can record, pause record
and turn off your camcorder all with one button.

camcorder works in conjunction with our LANC control. The
LANC unit will operate all functions needed in this camcorder
for helmet camera use. Please read up on the specs listed
