We use a variety of couriers and we pick the best suited courier company for your delivery post code. Our overnight Express Post delivery system may not necessarily arrive the next day if you are out of the overnight express area codes, therefore express post may take two days in some regions such as Perth WA.  Please note that Express Post is in most cases very secure and reliable however no insurance is permitted with Express Post.    A tracking number is provided to the recipient upon dispatch although if insurance for the consignment is required please request same at the time.  An additional insurance fee will apply and the item sent registered post.  Some courier companies also offer insurance for an additional fee. We do not take any responsibility for lost, damaged or destroyed orders in transit once collected from our office. The responsibility for safe and insured transit is entirely the customer.  Some equipment orders may require extra P/H fees due to their size, weight etc. We will provide a high level of effort to dispatch your equipment on time. Express Post Track your parcel. Upon request we supply you with a dispatch number so you can track your parcel. Per satchel up to 1 kgs - $10.00 Per satchel up to 5 kgs - $17.50 Parcels over 5kg are economy freight only. Parcel Post Up to 3 kgs - $10.00 Arrives 3 - 6 business days Registered Post (with insurance) Up to 3kgs - $15.00 includes $100 insurance + $1.00 per $100 goods value there after Arrives 3 - 6 business days. Signature required Overseas EMS Arrives in 5 - 7 business days. Prices are subject to weight, destination etc. We send details with freight fees Trading Terms Forrestbridge Pty Ltd excepts purchase orders from Government, Schools, Public Company organisations only. Money Order Payable to Forrestbridge. If you have used our online order form, please send money order with relevant details to match order form details. Your order will proceed once we have received it Credit Card We accept all major credit cards. Please note we are up to date will all credit card fraud procedures. Amex Card Users will incur a 4% fee for orders above AU$200. Please purchase your goods as normal, then Download the Order Form. International Orders All policies remain the same.
