Hidden Camera Surveillance Services is a Division of Forrestbridge Pty Ltd established in 1982. Forrestbridge Pty Ltd was founded by the Managing Director in 1976 but did actually form a company until some years later in 1982. To this date he still plays an active role in major Insurance fraud investigations and to some degree private matters such as infidelity and searches. With considerable experience in all facets of liability investigations spanning more than 2 decades, practically every topic imaginable has been covered at some point. Over the years we have received commendations from Insurance company executives, Police and the legal profession not to mention other investigators. Some 8 years ago at the behest of large private organisations, we were requested to launch undercover operations requiring covert cameras and listening devices to gather evidence of major internal corporate theft. Our investigations were very sucessful and thus Hidden Camera Surveillance was formed. Whilst the name has been retained by no means do we only supply hidden or covert cameras. Over the years we have participated in a wide range of projects requiring very complex surveillance systems which had nothing to do with being covert. Infact quite the contrary the cameras required were specifically for all to see as a crime deterent. We have supplied and installed small and large surveillance systems to organsisations such as Schools, Shopping Centres, Newsagencies in all states and as far north as Darwin, large abottoires, Prouds Jewellers, Price Attack, Terry White Pharmacies, Banks, hospitals, hotels, small and large convenience stores and so many more. We are always happy to advise customers on the best system to suit their budget and with installers and IT professionals in all states we can look after the surveillance system setup wherever the customer may be. In recent years there have been major advances in Digital Video technology which has been widely publicised. Whilst CCD cameras have become extemely small and the quality impressive, so too the typical full body CCD and dome cameras seen openly in most shopping centres and stores have also become extremely popular and in financial reach of just about everybody no matter how large or small the business. Just like the old analogue mobile telephones used years ago and now replaaced with the Digital phone, the same has applied to the Security industry. Suddenly the old Time lapse VCR wich served us so well in times past is regarded these days as a "dinosaur". So began the Digital surveillance technology age (just a few years old really) but the momentum of this technology was tremendous and remains so. Once again we refer to our investigation background. In order to resolve litiigation matters we found there was a marked differnce between those using Digital Video Recording (DVR) systems as opposed to the old analogue evidence. We studied the various types of systems available and quite frankly some mistakes were made in the early peace with DVR systems that would not perform to expectations. We found out the hard way and installed some systems which were found to be poor in quality or did not live up to expectations. Nevertheless we have always stood by our customers and in some cases older DVR systems were totally replaced with newer versions at our expense to resolve certain issues concerning reliability. Standing by our product as we do has not hurt business at all. The quality of the DVR systems improved rapidly and some are regarded as both high quality, reasonably priced and reliable. We find there are considerably less problems with DVR systems now compared to this time say 18 months to 2 years ago which was to be expected. We will see even further improvement in years to come and Hidden Camera Surveillance will continually seek out the best products at the best price. In a nutshell, Hidden Camera Surveillance has grown significantly during the past few years. We now import direct from the International manufacturues the very highest quality products we can find that comply with our ACA regulations and market those products to other organisations such as investigation companies, security firms, Government agencies and other dealers etc. Hidden Camera Surveillance is looking to expand in the near future having secured vital distribution rights to key products. We are looking for expressions of interest from one or more investors to fiancially assist in our marketing programs and international product purchasing power however we would prefer that person will also play an active role in IT and marketing. One of those key products is PTZ cameras. We believe our PTZ cameras surpass all others in terms of quality and price. PTZ (Pan Tilt & Zoom) cameras were once regarded as very expensive and only used by major companies with sufficient cash reserves. The PTZ we are importing and have obtained Australian distribution rights are manufactured from the highest quality Sony CCD components and with up to 27X optical zoom certinly one of the world's most powerful but at the same time considered to be inexpensive and within the finacial reach of most business large or small.
